Please join HIALSA for a discussion with Jonathan Hamilton, Partner and Head of Latin American Arbitration at White & Case. He is highly ranked in legal guides including Chambers Global, Chambers USA, and Chambers Latin America; he has also been nominated as Global Arbitration Review Advocate of the Year. He will address the possibility of significant shifts after the US election in the politics of the global investment model’s the legal framework, which has prevailed since the end of the Cold War, and the implications for arbitration and investment disputes.
