by We are happy to announce that the main theme of the 9th Harvard International Arbitration Conference is “International Arbitration: Fostering & Adapting to Change”.
In this edition of the Conference, we will have the honor of hosting the Honorable L. Yves Fortier as the event’s keynote speaker. The Conference will also feature many of the world’s leading practitioners who will discuss some of the most relevant issues that practitioners face in the field. The Conference will have several networking spaces, including an evening reception.
The Conference will be held in person at Harvard Law School on March 2-3, 2023. In the upcoming days, we will share descriptions of all panels together with information about our guests and panelists.
