Carolina is an LL.M. Candidate at Harvard Law School and Fulbright Scholar from Argentina. She holds a law degree with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. While in law school, Carolina was a member of the first Argentinean team to win the international rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and received a full merit-based scholarship to participate in a student exchange program with New York University School of Law.
Before joining HLS, Carolina was a legal advisor at the Argentine Treasury Attorney General’s Office, where she represented Argentina in investment arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules, as well as other cross-border litigation matters involving the Argentine Republic. Prior to that, Carolina worked as an associate at Marval O’Farrell Mairal, a leading Argentine law firm, where she advised local and international clients on various public law matters.
