Sylvia is a Mexican LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School. She studied law at Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, graduating with the highest honors. Her experience covers advising clients in strategic acquisitions, financial structures, commercial negotiations, and real estate transactions. She has also been strongly involved in assessing legal risks in pre-conflictual matters and strives to find common ground that will translate into a positive outcome for her clients. Sylvia wrote and published a book (in Spanish) about Arbitration for Business and Human Rights disputes and is committed to advance ADR as a preemptive tool, and a mechanism to achieve remedy.
