First workshop of the academic year – “The Past, Present & Future of Investment Protection”

The HIALSA International Arbitration Workshop builds upon Harvard Law School’s rich traditions in international law and advocacy by offering to attendees an in-depth introduction to the practice of international arbitration.

We endeavor to accomplish this over a series of sessions that track the lifecycle of a dispute through the involvement of the top minds and most well-respected practitioners from a broad cross-section of the field.

Our first session for this year, “The Past, Present & Future of Investment Protection” is the first workshop in a series for the 2022-23 academic year.

We are honored to present an all-star panel of three highly accomplished and widely recognized arbitration practitioners from Allen & Overy – Guled Yusef (Partner), David Ingle (Senior Counsel) and Godwin Tan (Associate) – who will share their life and career experiences.

One attendee (drawn by lottery) will have the opportunity to join Guled for a private chat following the session.

The event will take place on Thursday, October 6 from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm ET and is open to the general public. Lunch will be served.

Can’t make it in person? You can also join us via Zoom by registering here: https://harvard.zoom.us/j/99993379883?pwd=L3B6QjBEVFRTK2ZDVVdMdVFYdjRQUT09
