{"id":305,"date":"2015-09-26T20:20:50","date_gmt":"2015-09-26T20:20:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hlsorgs3stg.wpenginepowered.com\/hela\/?p=305"},"modified":"2015-09-26T20:48:20","modified_gmt":"2015-09-26T20:48:20","slug":"join-the-2015-2016-executive-board","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/orgs.law.harvard.edu\/hela\/2015\/09\/26\/join-the-2015-2016-executive-board\/","title":{"rendered":"Join the 2015-2016 Executive Board!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Come join the Executive Board of HELA!<\/h4>\n<p>Board positions are open to all JDs, LLMs, SJDs, and visiting students.\u00a0The following positions are currently open:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vice President<\/strong>: coordinates external affairs, including events with groups outside HLS, and will become President in the following year (may not be graduating this year)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Principal Coordinator<\/strong>: serves as the liaison within HELA by coordinating the Board and members<\/li>\n<li><strong>Public Relations Coordinator(s)<\/strong>: responsible for on-campus and off-campus advertising, and maintaining the HELA website (requires working knowledge of WordPress)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong>: keeps tabs on HELA\u2019s budget and reimbursement forms<\/li>\n<li><strong>Events Coordinator(s)<\/strong>: plan, organize, and keep members informed of HELA academic events; introduce speakers at events; etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social Events Coordinator(s)<\/strong>: plan, organize, and keep members informed of HELA social events<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fundraising Coordinator(s)<\/strong>: coordinate activities related to outside fundraising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To express an interest in one or more of these positions (or a general interest in any of them), please email <a href=\"mailto:hela@mail.law.harvard.edu\">hela@mail.law.harvard.edu<\/a> (preferably by October 1).
