Lunch Event – SCOTUS Preview of the Same-Sex Marriage Cases

Professor Noah Felman, Professor Michael Klarman, and Dr. Ryan Anderson of the Heritage Foundation will be previewing Obergefell and its companion cases – what the arguments of the parties are, how the Court is likely to look at the issues, and why the Court will come out that way.

Each panelist will have 10-12 minutes speaking to start, and Q&A will follow.
