Conservative and Libertarian Students at Harvard Law School
Judge Thomas Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be giving a lecture on “What it Means to be a Conservative Judge?”, based on a course he taught at Stanford Law School on the role of an Article III judge. It picks up on Ed Whelan’s response to Rand Paul’s speech about judicial activism.
Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm, though you do not have to arrive that early, and the lecture will begin at 6 pm.
Reception to follow.
