She graduated from the University of Maryland where she studied Government and Politics and Information Science. Prior to attending law school, Renee pursued a Fulbright in Ireland where she studied data protection and privacy law. At HLS, she is involved in the Election Law Clinic, Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, First Class, SALSA, and Parody. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) where she studied Public Policy with a focus on elections and voting rights. She studied political science at Brown University. She is passionate about community engagement and legal journalism, with a focus on making legal knowledge more accessible and transparent. After graduating from the University of Montana in 2019, he enlisted in the military and proudly served as an Army Ranger until 2024. Upon graduating from HLS, Tom intends to move to Atlanta, Georgia. She started voter engagement work while she was in college and was the Events Deputy Director during her 1L year, so she is excited to continue this work as EDP&#8217;s Events Director. At HLS, he is on the mastheads of CR-CL and HLPR and works as a Writing Center Fellow. Passionate about consumer protection, Andreas spent his 1L summer in the Queens District Attorney\u2019s Major Economic Crimes Bureau. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Public Policy, where he worked on government transparency reform in New York State.
