Renee is a 2L from Ellicott City, MD. She graduated from the University of Maryland where she studied Government and Politics and Information Science. Prior to attending law school, Renee pursued a Fulbright in Ireland where she studied data protection and privacy law. At HLS, she is involved in the Election Law Clinic, Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, First Class, SALSA, and Parody. Renee spent her 1L summer at Campaign Legal Center and the University of Edinburgh Law School’s Centre for International and Global Law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Clare Lonergan is a 3L from Cambridge, MA. She studied political science at Brown University. She is passionate about community engagement and legal journalism, with a focus on making legal knowledge more accessible and transparent. Tom is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from the University of Montana in 2019, he enlisted in the military and proudly served as an Army Ranger until 2024. Upon graduating from HLS, Tom intends to move to Atlanta, Georgia. Tom remains civically engaged through his work with EDP, membership with Veterans for All Voters, and involvement with other democratic organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lauren is a 2L from Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from Rhodes College, where she studied Political Science and International Relations. Prior to attending law school, Lauren was a legal assistant in Chicago, Illinois. She started voter engagement work while she was in college and was the Events Deputy Director during her 1L year, so she is excited to continue this work as EDP’s Events Director. Outside of EDP, she is involved in the Harvard Civil Rights\u2013Civil Liberties Law Review<\/em>, American Constitution Society, and PLAP.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Andrew is a 2L from rural Oregon who graduated from the University of Oregon (go Ducks!). At HLS, he is also heavily involved with both the HLS Antitrust Association and Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review<\/em>. He spent his 1L summer with the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Before law school, he spent over six years as a legislative staffer for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, he was Research Director at Democracy Defenders Action, a nonprofit dedicated to upholding the rule of law. After 1L, he interned for the Office of the New York Attorney General\u2019s Firearms Unit. In addition to EDP, he is on the board of HLS Democrats and plays in the school\u2019s flag football league.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Prior to attending law school, Jenny conducted immigration policy research and taught English in Spain. At HLS, she is also involved with the Harvard Immigration Project and the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review<\/em>. Andreas Psahos is a 2L from Astoria, Queens who serves as one of EDP\u2019s Deputy Policy Directors. At HLS, he is on the mastheads of CR-CL and HLPR and works as a Writing Center Fellow. Passionate about consumer protection, Andreas spent his 1L summer in the Queens District Attorney\u2019s Major Economic Crimes Bureau. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Public Policy, where he worked on government transparency reform in New York State. Outside of law school, he enjoys writing fiction and playing jazz drums and piano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
