He is deeply passionate about addressing the challenges facing the healthcare field. Prior to HLS, he was a financial analyst at a hospital system in Oklahoma. In Oklahoma, he was also a peer mentor at a pediatric rehabilitation hospital helping kids with disabilities transition to a new normal after a traumatic event. She graduated from Stanford University in 2021 and then spent two years engaged in research and advocacy at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. She spent her 1L summer in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and plans to pursue a career in civil rights and racial justice law. Admitted through Harvard\u2019s Junior Deferral Program, Angela spent her pre-law days as a computer science major at Caltech and a software engineer at Facebook (\u201cMeta\u201d). Angela\u2019s hobbies include wondering what her dog is thinking (likely nothing), telling embellished Silicon Valley stories, and doing outdoor workouts. She attended Johns Hopkins University for undergrad, studying anthropology and international studies. Samantha is passionate about the intersection of anthropology and digital governance.
