Reo Hayashizaki \u201926<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Reo\u00a0is a 2L pursuing a dual JD\/MPH degree. He is deeply passionate about addressing the challenges facing the healthcare field. Prior to HLS, he was a financial analyst at a hospital system in Oklahoma. In Oklahoma, he was also a peer mentor at a pediatric rehabilitation hospital helping kids with disabilities transition to a new normal after a traumatic event. As co-president of DLSA, he hopes to increase collaboration between the disability organizations at Harvard and other schools in the Cambridge\/Boston area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jackie O\u2019Neil \u201926<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jackie is a 2L from Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from Stanford University in 2021 and then spent two years engaged in research and advocacy at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. She spent her 1L summer in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and plans to pursue a career in civil rights and racial justice law. Jackie is passionate about ensuring that all disabled students have an equal opportunity to thrive at school and beyond, and her on-campus priorities include creating an inclusive and welcoming space for disabled students and allies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Nate Webster is a 2L from Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Nate graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served for 11 years on active duty. Nate is a Co-President of the Boston Chapter of Pat Tillman Scholars.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Angela Li \u201925<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Angela (she\/her) is a 3L from sunny San Diego, California. Admitted through Harvard\u2019s Junior Deferral Program, Angela spent her pre-law days as a computer science major at Caltech and a software engineer at Facebook (\u201cMeta\u201d). Angela\u2019s hobbies include wondering what her dog is thinking (likely nothing), telling embellished Silicon Valley stories, and doing outdoor workouts. As DLSA president and a person with an invisible disability, Angela\u2019s priorities are to eradicate stigma for disabled students, bolster disabled visibility and representation in the legal field, and advocate for accessibility for equal opportunity for disabled students in the legal field.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Samantha Slack \u201925<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Samantha Slack grew up in Florida, where she worked as an immigration paralegal before law school. She attended Johns Hopkins University for undergrad, studying anthropology and international studies. Samantha is passionate about the intersection of anthropology and digital governance.
