Meghna Adhikari, Co-President<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Meghna (JD ’27, she\/her) is a 3L from Kathmandu, Nepal. She studied Sociology and English, with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies, at Grinnell College before coming straight to law school. She spent her 1L summer at Macmillan Publishers and her 2L summer at Paul, Weiss, New York. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At HLS, Meghna is most involved in the Harvard Fashion Law Association (HFLA), the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP), the Harvard International Law Journal (HILJ) and the Recording Artists Project (RAP). She has also held on-campus positions as a research assistant, OCS peer advisor and writing fellow, and she is also a proud member of Section 6.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Roy Carrillo Zamora<\/strong>, Co-President<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Roy (JD ’28, he\/him) is a 2L from San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica. He graduated from the University of Miami in May of 2025. At Miami, he served as Student Trustee and Student Body President, becoming the first international student to achieve this in the university’s hundred-year history. At HLS, he’s part of Section 3 and is involved in the International Law Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sato Maeda<\/strong>, Vice President of Finance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sato (JD \u201827, she\/her) is a 3L from Tokyo, Japan, but she grew up in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Japan. She studied Economics and Philosophy at the University of Chicago and came straight to HLS after undergrad. She spent her 1L summer at Latham & Watkins in New York, and 2L summer at Sullivan & Cromwell and Latham, both in New York. At HLS, Sato is involved in the Harvard Asia Law Society and also works as a Research Assistant. She is a member of Section 1 (aka Section Fun)!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Yuning Xue<\/strong>, Vice President of Community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yuning (JD ’28, he\/him) is a 2L from Luoyang, China. He studied Political Science and Data Science at UC Berkeley. Prior to law school, Yuning spent a year in Shanghai working at ForNGO Legal Research Center, a Chinese public interest law nonprofit, while teaching English debate part-time. At HLS, he is also actively involved in the China Law Association, and is a subciter for the Journal of Law and Technology. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring neighborhood coffee shops, eating with friends, and running along the Charles. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tenzin Yonten<\/strong><\/strong>, Director of Community Relations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tenzin Yonten (JD’28. he\/him) is a 2L and an ethnic Tibetan, born and raised in India. He was a triple major graduate in his undergrad HWS Colleges, and also served as Vice-President of the Student Government there. Prior to Law School, he spent two years teaching across Mongolia, India, and Laos. At HLS, Tenzin is involved in many journals and clubs but primarily currently serves as the Co-President of the HLS Student Government. Tenzin just recently spent his summer as a Chayes International Public Service Fellow and Harvard Youth Summer Fellow at the UN in Geneva, Switzerland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Momal Malik, Director of Alumni Relations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Momal  (LL.M. \u201927, she\/her) is a lawyer from Lahore, Pakistan. She graduated with a BA-LL.B. (Hons.) from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in 2021, where she graduated with distinction. Before coming to HLS, she practiced at Axis Law Chambers in Lahore, focusing on constitutional, civil, commercial, regulatory, and technology-related matters. She also served as a Law Clerk to Justice Athar Minallah at the Supreme Court of Pakistan. At HLS, Momal is particularly interested in constitutional law, technology regulation, artificial intelligence governance, and digital rights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Alina (JD \u201829, she\/her) is a 1L from Chisinau, Moldova. She studied Economics and Government at Harvard College. Prior to coming to law school, she worked as a Research Specialist at the Access to Justice Lab at HLS. Alina is a member of Section 1. When she is not reading for her doctrinal classes, Alina enjoys playing tennis and exploring cafes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

At HLS, he is planning to get involved in the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP), the Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT), and Harvard Business Law Review (HBLR).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Moses Murugi, LLM Representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Moses (LL.M. \u201927, he\/him) is a lawyer from Kenya and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Kenya. Before Harvard, he practiced as a Corporate & Commercial Associate at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna, a top-tier Kenyan corporate law firm and member of ALN, a leading alliance of independent law firms in Africa, where he worked on M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. He holds an LL.B. with First Class Honours from Strathmore University and has also studied at the University of Gda\u0144sk in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside legal practice, Moses has spent much of the past decade working in mentorship, education, and community development. He founded the Nyandarua High Students Support Foundation, which has helped support hundreds of students, and has mentored students across Kenya through the Equity Group Foundation\u2019s Wings to Fly Programme. He has also led Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at ALN Kenya, supporting children\u2019s homes through education and infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Harvard, Moses is particularly interested in international business, corporate law, and building stronger connections across the global HLS community. Outside the classroom, he is passionate about mentorship, community service, international affairs, cultural exchange, and social impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Johanna Giebel, LLM Representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Johanna (LL.M. ’27, she\/her) is an LL.M. from Ahlen, Germany. She graduated from the University of M\u00fcnster in 2025, having spent a semester in Santiago de Chile. She specialized in European and International Law and participated in the 2022 Jessup Moot Court. As a research assistant, she worked on transformative and comparative constitutionalism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At HLS, she is a Project Leader at Human Rights Advocates and an active member of the Harvard European Law Association. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
