Meghna Adhikari, Co-President<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Meghna (JD ’27, she\/her) is a 2L from Kathmandu, Nepal. She studied Sociology and English, with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies, at Grinnell College before coming straight to law school. During her 1L summer, she worked in-house at Macmillan Publishers and will be joining Paul, Weiss in New York next summer. At HLS, Meghna is actively involved in the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and the Harvard Fashion Law Association. Outside of law school, she enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and connecting with fellow international students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sato Maeda<\/strong>, Co-President<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sato (JD \u201827, she\/her) is a 2L from Tokyo, Japan, but she grew up in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Japan. She studied Economics and Philosophy at the University of Chicago and came straight to HLS after undergrad. She spent her 1L summer at Latham & Watkins in New York and will be spending her 2L summer at Sullivan & Cromwell and Latham. At HLS, Sato is involved in the Harvard Asia Law Society and also works as a Research Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, trying out restaurants and cafes, and watching movies\/shows.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Roy Carrillo Zamora<\/strong>, 1L Representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Roy (JD ’28, he\/him) is a 1L from San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica. He graduated from the University of Miami in May of 2025. At Miami, he served as Student Trustee and Student Body President, becoming the first international student to achieve this in the university’s hundred-year history. At HLS, he’s part of Section 3 and is involved in the International Law Journal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Yuning Xue<\/strong>, 1L Representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yuning (JD ’28, he\/him) is a 1L from Luoyang, China. He studied Political Science and Data Science at UC Berkeley. Prior to law school, Yuning spent a year in Shanghai working at ForNGO Legal Research Center, a Chinese public interest law nonprofit, while teaching English debate part-time. At HLS, he is also actively involved in the China Law Association, and is a subciter for the Journal of Law and Technology. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring neighborhood coffee shops, eating with friends, and running along the Charles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ramy Paul Kiwan<\/strong>, LLM Representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

rkiwan@llm26.law.harvard.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramy (LLM ’26) is a Canadian and Lebanese student. He pursued his studies in law in Beirut, where he obtained his bachelor\u2019s degree, and later earned a master\u2019s degrees in Paris with specializations in contract law and dispute resolution. He is registered at the Beirut Bar Association and previously interned in law firms and legal departments in Paris and Lebanon. Most recently, he worked as an associate in international arbitration at a prominent law firm in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At HLS, Ramy is an Articles Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and is also involved in the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and Scales of Justice. Outside of law school, he is always open to meeting new people of all backgrounds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
