Click&nbsp;<a title=\"Past Winners of the Ames Competition\" href=\"http:\/\/hlsorgs.com\/bsa\/past-winners\/\">here<\/a>&nbsp;for a list of past winners of the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Competition takes place in three rounds, beginning with the two-part Qualifying Round (held in the fall of competitors\u2019 2L year), followed by the Semi-Final Round (held in the spring of competitors\u2019 2L year), and culminating in the Final Round (held in the fall of competitors\u2019 3L year).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information about the Qualifying Round, please click <a
