AIM is a community of students interested in developing mindfulness practices and creating community through discussion and contemplation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Law school can be intense, and it\u2019s easy to get caught up in the constant grind. We\u2019re here to create a space where students can pause, breathe, and reconnect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Do<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meditation Meetups<\/strong>: One-hour guided meditation sessions open to all levels. Experience welcome but not required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retreats<\/strong>: We host and help fund opportunities to step away from the hectic pace of school and spend time in deeper practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conversations<\/strong>: Casual discussions about contemplative traditions and practices, and how they can support us as law students and future lawyers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Join AIM<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Our community is about more than meditation. It\u2019s about building resilience, cultivating presence, and supporting each other in navigating the challenges of law school with a bit more balance and clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Involved<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out our events, drop into a weekly session, or reach out to learn more.
