We hold one-hour meditation meetups where anyone at HLS (whether brand new to meditation or more experienced) can join in a relaxed space to meditate and sip on tea. Beyond that, we host retreats and help provide funding for members who want to attend outside retreats, making it easier to take time for deeper practice away from the pressures of school. We also host lunch talks to discuss various topics related to contemplative traditions and how practices like meditation, mindfulness, and reflection can help us navigate both law school and life with a bit more clarity and balance.
