Welcome to the Harvard Law Association for Insight & Meditation (AIM)! AIM is a community of students interested in developing mindfulness practices and creating community through discussion and contemplation.

Law school can be intense, and it’s easy to get caught up in the constant grind. We’re here to create a space where students can pause, breathe, and reconnect.

What We Do
  • Meditation Meetups: One-hour guided meditation sessions open to all levels. Experience welcome but not required.
  • Retreats: We host and help fund opportunities to step away from the hectic pace of school and spend time in deeper practice.
  • Conversations: Casual discussions about contemplative traditions and practices, and how they can support us as law students and future lawyers.
Why Join AIM

Our community is about more than meditation. It’s about building resilience, cultivating presence, and supporting each other in navigating the challenges of law school with a bit more balance and clarity.
